Join with us in our mission to reach the nations with the gospel of Christ. Equippers is involved in life changing local community projects all around the world. Here are a few examples:
CLS and SENZ are ministries of Equippers Church providing transformational education and employment services across Auckland. CLS and SENZ employs over 80 staff and delivers education to 350 students daily.
SENZ aims to Build Better Futures by delivering successful training programmes and employment services that better meet the needs of our community. SENZ was established in 1998 operating programmes for long-term unemployed, recent school leavers and young people having difficulties in the secondary school system or who lacked training and employment opportunities. The training programmes engage students in a leadership and sports focussed curriculum. SENZ is also a provider for the Prime Ministers holiday programme for emerging leaders.
CLS provides transformational education to youth across Auckland City and in Masterton. Our mission is to Equip Youth for Life to develop key foundational skills to enable effective community contribution and social development.
CLS was established in 1997 and is now has become the largest provider of Alternative Education in New Zealand delivering education to youth no longer in mainstream education.
CLS also has one Youth Training centre and provides education to the residents of two secure Child Youth and Family (CYF) facilities in South Auckland. In 2011 CLS began to deliver the Incredible Years Parenting programme which focuses on assisting parents to build relationships with their children and to manage problem behaviour positively.
The Revolution Tour
The Revolution Tour was created to share a message of hope and change in the youth of New Zealand. Now in its seventh consecutive year, it is New Zealand’s largest school’s tour, reaching an incredible 17,000 kids every year.
In New Zealand alone we travel to over 125 High Schools with professional bands, dance crews, speakers, comedians, sound systems, lights, a multimedia show and a positive message that every teenager needs to hear.

Our vision is to ‘Equip children for life through faith in Jesus Christ and Empower children to become lifelong learners’. We have seen children and their families lives transformed not only in school but also outside of school. ACTS Community School is run by volunteers. The teachers, support and administration staff all volunteer their time, and the school fees cover basic operational costs including the property lease, electricity, water and maintenance.
Over the past few years a number of Equippers Churches have been established across New Zealand including in Wanganui, Gisborne, Napier, Hastings, Masterton, Wellington, Lower Hutt and Christchurch. We are spreading the unique style and culture of Equippers throughout the nation, reaching more and more people for God, in more places every year.
Pastor Kumar oversees over 40 full-time staff who are leading leading significant churches in three
Indian states. Their mission work includes taking the gospel is to unreached peoples that have never
had the good news of Jesus Christ preached and then establishing churches within those communities.
Other ministries include schooling to children affected by the tsunami disaster as well as continuing to
establish influential churches in the main cities of India.
