Pray for:

Isaiah 30:21
“Your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, ‘This is the way, walk in it,’ Whenever you turn to the right hand or whenever you turn to the left.”

A prayer we encourage you to pray during this fast is: “God, what is it that You are doing right now and how would You like me to get on board with that?”

One of the reasons we fast is to hear God clearer. As we become more spiritually sensitive, He begins to show us new things. The path begins to become clearer. We begin to see with spiritual eyes, not only our natural eyes.

What better time than right now to press in to hear God clearer with so much noise coming at us?

God has promised to guide you because it’s in His nature to guide us. He knows all things. He’s the God of all wisdom, all knowledge and the God of all power. He knows tomorrow, He knows every contingency and every possibility. It can feel like a maze sometimes that’s too difficult for us, but He is committed to guiding us through it.

Ephesians 1:17-19
“I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better. I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people, and his incomparably great power for us who believe.”

If you want to know Him better and know the hope which He has called you to, your prayer needs to be for wisdom and revelation.

The word “wisdom’ in this scripture is from the Greek word “sophias”. It describes insight or wisdom that is not naturally attained. This is not natural human wisdom that has been learned, but wisdom that is from God, sovereign and divine, special insight.

The word “revelation” in this verse is from the Greek word “apokalupsis”. It means that something that has been veiled or hidden for a long time and then suddenly, almost instantaneously, becomes clear and visible to our understanding.

The Holy Spirit wants to give you wisdom and revelation today. He wants to reveal God’s secrets as you pray. He will show you His will in every situation. He will help you make right decisions; and You will see Him work out every situation for your good as you obey Him and operate in His wisdom. He wants to illuminate things to you; to reveal the things that haven’t been visible to you yet.

We believe that during this fast you are going to receive guidance. We are praying for divine interruptions and unexpected detours that turn out to be eternally significant.
